As an executive coach, Brad Bickerton finds the heart of the matter to problems blocking your definition of success. He reminds clients that chasing metrics isn’t what matters, it’s creating value that does. He sees his role as helping clients be the best version of themselves.

In law school, Brad’s nickname was “Sesame Street” because it was his job to turn big ideas into memorable, usable concepts. Today, he uses this gift in his work with CEO’s, business leaders, investors and entrepreneurs.

During his last week of graduate school, the idea of Delta Awesome began to form. Brad asked himself, “What have I learned?” He wrote down four things, and years later, “Brad’s Four Rules” guide his entire methodology to business coaching.

Brad has two decades of experience with entrepreneurs in startups, has launched a seven-figure product in his family’s company, and spent four years completing a JD/MBA. With extensive knowledge and deep expertise in law, business, investing, and startups, Brad possesses a unique and in-demand perspective.

Brad has a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College and a JD/MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder. He holds an inactive law license for the State of Colorado.

An avid climber, Brad has summited famous peaks including Mont Blanc and Kilimanjaro, and he reached 90% of the Matterhorn, a tale that is one of his greatest life lessons. Outdoor adventures are a critical part of his life, passion and ability to reflect on his personal vision of success. He’s often joined by his trusty Golden Retriever.
