We’re an executive strategy agency for entrepreneurs, CEO’s, and c-suite executives who are actively trying to scale their company or offerings to new heights.
Having worked with hundreds of founders and executives from all industries, we’ve honed our craft. We help you grow while gently pushing you to think differently, act differently, and work more effectively.
We’re Brad and Hannah.
The magic of our co-founder relationship is how we help each other go from feeling broken and not enough to breaking into our zone of genius. We treat each other the same way we treat our clients—

Fate brought us together at our lowest lows. Brad was freshly beaten up from the battlegrounds of a failed startup. Hannah had been laid off right when she signed the contract on a new house.
Over lunch, we nursed our hangovers, and one of us said, “I bet we could do cool projects together.”
The following Monday, we were mapping out plans to save the world.
And that plan became Delta Awesome.
